Shipping Policy
Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, shipping, delivery, and related responsibilities for all orders placed through the official website of Shenzhen HoweYi Technology Co., Ltd. (howeyi.com). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This policy is integrated with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
4.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in China).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM UTC+8 will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sales promotions, or holidays, processing may be extended to 3–5 business days. We will notify you by email if significant delays occur.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
4.2 Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. If you still wish to terminate the order, you may refuse delivery or return the item upon receipt, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4.3 Shipping Destinations
We ship security cameras and smart monitoring devices to most regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Asian markets.
- If your country/region is unavailable at checkout, we currently cannot deliver to your location.
- We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions due to logistics limitations, customs policies, or safety regulations for electronic products.
4.4 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. We offer the following free shipping thresholds:
- United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (contiguous U.S. only; extra fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories).
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $80 to eligible countries.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for supported countries.
4.5 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin counting on the date of dispatch, not the order date. Estimated times are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.
4.6 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You may also track your order by logging into your HoweYi account and viewing your order history.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier system. If no updates appear after 5 business days, contact us at support@howeyi.com.
4.7 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
- If we detect an invalid address before shipping, we will attempt to contact you. If no reply is received within 48 hours, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If the order is already shipped to an incorrect address, Shenzhen HoweYi Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages. Additional reshipment fees may apply if you request correction after dispatch.
4.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international orders, you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
- We cannot predict or pay customs fees on your behalf. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, original shipping, return shipping, and related fees will be deducted from your refund.
4.9 Lost, Damaged or Stolen Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@howeyi.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date (or delivery date for damaged goods). Provide your order number, tracking number, and clear photos or video of damage and packaging.
- For confirmed lost or damaged items, we will send a free replacement or process a full refund at your choice.
- If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, we will assist with a carrier investigation. We cannot take responsibility for theft or loss after successful delivery to the correct address.
4.10 Peak Season & Holiday Delays
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Chinese New Year, logistics carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance. We will announce any known service disruptions on our website.
