What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@howeyi.com. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping ranges and costs?
We offer free shipping across the US on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $6.99. We also ship to Canada, the UK, and Europe—international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard US delivery takes 7–15 business days after shipping. International delivery takes 10–21 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, email us at support@howeyi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All HoweYi products come with a 2-year official manufacturer warranty, plus lifetime technical support. If you experience any quality issues within 2 years, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you provide a user manual?
Yes! A digital user manual is included in the package (QR code inside), and you can also download it from our website's "Support" page. If you need a printed manual, contact us at support@howeyi.com.
What devices are compatible with your products?
All HoweYi cameras and pet feeders are compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 8.0+ devices. You can download our "HoweYi Home" app from the App Store or Google Play for free.
